I had Chris come take a look at my A/C after I got a quote from one of the larger companies in town that told me I needed a new compressor, which I thought was a bit expensive. Turns out that I don't even need the compressor! Chris got my system running tip top for a small fraction of the other companies price. Chris is incredibly helpful. He cares more about the safety and comfort of families in their homes then he does money. Which says a lot in this industry. Ive had issues with my system and Ive used Chris with diamondback along the way. When I call, if he isnt already on a job, he comes over and fixes the issues with a great attitude and a smile on his face, even in the later evening hours. You can tell he is passionate about his work and hes highly efficient. He is also very easy to talk to and communicates each step thoroughly.
