We were told by two companies that we needed to replace our HVAC system because there was a refrigerant leak that could not be found without draining the system. Chris was one of the people we called to get a bid but when he arrived he asked if we wanted him to do a diagnostic test. It was under $100 to do it and we found it our leak was caused by two simple to repair parts, Chris replaced them and also did a couple of other things on the equipment. We now think we can use this machine for another few years, maybe more, He's a very honest businessman and a competent diagnostician and repair person, We spent ~$500 instead of having to replace the system. And he's licensed with the ROC. We cannot say enough good things about Diamondback Heating and Cooling
