Chris is one of the best HVAC technicians that I've ever had. And unfortunately, I've had quite a few. Most of the technicians that I've had haven't had half of the knowledge and service that he has. he goes above and beyond. I had a situation where I had to use portable units. These things are ineffective. Price wise he's honest and fair. He cut my repair costs in half, compared to the other HVAC technicians. They will literally charge you $1100 for something that they can get in parts for under 200. He is not that guy. Very impressed by him and that doesn't happen often

Chris came out to diagnose my AC. It was blowing hot air and another company told me there was a refrigerant leak and it was completely out. Chris did a very thorough check for leaks and found 2 leaks. The other company only found one, but I told them where it was so they don't get credit there. Chris thoroughly checked the entire system and provided a lot of technical information and recommendations based on that data. His price was very fair and he did more work for the same price than other companies wanted for just the refrigerant recharge and leak repair. He also showed up when he said he would and was able to fix the issues the same day. I would use Chris again and recommend him to others.

Chris came out when my air system wasn’t working and it was 105° outside. I had multiple other companies out and they could not fix the problem. He came out and found the issue and had it fixed within an hour. Very professional, knowledgeable and reasonably priced.

If you need any maintenance or repairs for your AC/Heating units, definitely call Diamondback Heating and Cooling. Chris knows what he's doing, and came to help out the same day that I messaged him. We had a condensation line plugged up, he did a full inspection of our unit/compressor, and fixed the condensation issue easily. He doesn't try to upsell, just provides options without any pressure. Not to mention his prices are very reasonable and affordable.
I had Chris out to do an assessment and cleaning on my almost 20 year old system. He's very knowledgeable, thorough, and did a great job. So glad I found an honest and knowledgeable HVAC tech that doesn't just want to sell new systems.
Fantastic! I will only use this company going forward. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He explained what was going on and detailed exactly why my AC wasn’t working. He gave me prices which I later compared to other companies and realized were the best deal after calling around. He never tried to hassle me or push me into buying other things. He did explain he could upgrade things if I would like since my system was 20 years old, which I declined but will keep in mind for the future. Overall I was extremely happy with the experience, and I trust that my system is in good shape now, because the technician seemed very thorough. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for quality work at reasonable prices.
Our AC went down on a Saturday. Diamondback H&C was recommended by another AC company so I called on Sunday and spoke with Chris Munoz. He said he could respond on Monday at 8:00 am. He showed up about 10 minutes early which I greatly appreciated. He diagnosed the problem and took care of it within the hour! I was so impressed with Chris and his company that I’ve decided to sign up for a service contract. I will use Diamondback H&C from now. Great job Chris!!

Chris was extreamly professional and print from the moment I called with out A/C issue. Having two little ones at home it was vital we find the fix to our A/C as soon as we could. Chris showed and diagnosed issue while offering great explanation and repair all same day! Extremely pleased!

My AC stopped blowing cold air at the worst possible time. I called another company and they said I had a Freon leak and the only way to find the leak would be to drain the rest of my Freon and charge me to refill it! Seemed a little fishy so I decided to get a second opinion. A friend recommended Chris so I gave him a call and he found the leak without ripping me off. My AC was fixed the same day! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Woke up to a sudden issue with the house not heating. Found them recommended on Nextdoor. Was able to schedule same day diagnostic, more affordable than the original installers who replaced the blower a year ago. Turns out our circuit board was not working. He left and said he would find a new one and schedule to come back. We expected to be without heat for a few days at least but a few hours later Chris said he found the part and was on his way back to fix it. Great service and worth the great reviews. Definitely recommend

Day after Christmas and our furnace quit working. Chris arrived within 25 minutes after I contacted him and had the furnace repaired right away. Service went the extra mile to look into items that had not been cleaned in at least 10 years. I appreciated getting details about the needs of our system. Repeat customer for life! I contacted Chris for a non urgent matter and he came out promptly. He was not only on time but he took his time working on both of my units. Very knowledgeable and I learned a couple new things as a new home owner with his guidance. I assure you his quality of work is great. Chris ended up inspecting and cleaned both of my units, installed a new air purifier into the AC unit, added a new drain, changed my filter and created more air flow into my great room. I highly reccommend Diamondback to anyone that needs a highly qualified tech to repair or service your ac or heating units. Chris was recommended to us by a neighbor. Our AC was not working and Chris came over diagnosed the problem and had it fixed the very next morning as we needed a certain part. He is punctual and was at my house on time with the part. Had it fixed fast. He taught me that AC units need to be serviced and cleaned. We have only owned our home 2 1/2 years and it was DIRTY! He took before and after pics and I was discusted at the dirtiness. He came a week later and cleaned and servised the 2 ac units for a very fair price. He was also able to make us some duct work and added 2 registers to our AC in the garage!!!! It makes a big difference and our AC units blow colder. He truely is Fantastic.
Our AC went out on Saturday. Unfortunately, it’s the crazy busy season for AC folks. We finally got hold of a company that came out Sunday and provided some outrageous quotes to get it fixed. We looked around and found another guy who came out Monday, replaced a fuse and got it running. However, it was short lived. It stopped working about 1 hour later. We called the guy back, and was told the motor needed to be replaced. But he’s so booked and won't be able to get to us till sometime next week. Now we are back to square one. During our search, Diamondback’s name kept showing up and we saw it had great reviews. We got hold of Chris Monday night around 10 pm, and he came out first thing Tuesday morning. We have a very old unit and the motor is not standard like others. Chris had to run to the store a couple times to get the right motor and mounting bracket. He got this old unit running again. He also checked our other unit to make sure it’s working properly. Chris is very knowledgeable, polite and professional. He gave us some really good advice on how to run the unit more efficiently to make it last longer. He saved us the day. We could not be happier with him. He’s our AC guy moving forward. If anyone needs an AC guy, give Chris a call, you won’t be disappointed.

Honest pricing and dependable! Chris came out to diagnose a leak in my unit and fix it same day. He was on time and addressed all of my concerns.
