Chris was very professional and honest about an issue that we were told needed a new ac system. It needed a clever fix and that’s what Chris provided. Saved us thousands! Highly recommended.
Our AC went out peak summer heat and within a day Chris was there to fix the problem. We’re located in Phoenix so we had a couple local companies come out first to assess the issue, however they were extremely expensive and wanted to replace the entire system and not just do a repair. Chris was honest, provided us with different options and let us know what each would entail and what the benefits and downsides of each were. He even let us know what to look for in a local company to ensure the job was done correctly. Ultimately, he was able to repair our system with original parts from the same manufacturer as our unit and we were back up and running a few hours after his arrival. He made sure the unit had no other issues and was working as it should. He was extremely responsive, timely, and very reasonably priced compared to other big name competitors. Highly recommend him and Diamondback for any AC needs!
"Our AC went out on Saturday. Unfortunately, it’s the crazy busy season for AC folks. We finally got hold of a company that came out Sunday and provided some outrageous quotes to get it fixed. We looked around and found another guy who came out Monday, replaced a fuse and got it running. However, it was short lived. It stopped working about 1 hour later. We called the guy back, and was told the motor needed to be replaced. But he’s so booked and won't be able to get to us till sometime next week. Now we are back to square one. During our search, Diamondback’s name kept showing up and we saw it had great reviews. We got hold of Chris Monday night around 10 pm, and he came out first thing Tuesday morning. We have a very old unit and the motor is not standard like others. Chris had to run to the store a couple times to get the right motor and mounting bracket. He got this old unit running again. He also checked our other unit to make sure it’s working properly. Chris is very knowledgeable, polite and professional. He gave us some really good advice on how to run the unit more efficiently to make it last longer. He saved us the day. We could not be happier with him. He’s our AC guy moving forward. If anyone needs an AC guy, give Chris a call, you won’t be disappointed."
